By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Metadot Studio provides strategic design services and premium digital templates, including but not limited to:
Custom brand strategy and identity development
Website and digital experience design
Social media and content marketing services
Video and motion design
Graphic design and brand collateral
Premium digital templates for websites, business proposals, marketing, and client onboarding
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design templates (excluding custom work created for clients), is the property of Metadot Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws .
License to Use Site: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms .
Restrictions: You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Site without our prior written consent
Use our Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Site
Reverse engineer any software or templates provided through our Site
4. Template License Terms
When you purchase a template from our Site, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template subject to the following:
Standard License:
Permitted for use by a single business or individual
May be customized for your own use
May not be resold, redistributed, or offered as a template to others
May not be used on more than one website or for more than one client project
Agency/Extended License:
Available for purchase separately
Permits use of templates for multiple client projects

All templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind .
5. Custom Services Terms
Project Agreements: Custom design services are governed by a separate Project Agreement that will be provided to you before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will control .
Client Responsibilities: For custom projects, you agree to:
Provide timely feedback and approvals
Supply all required content and materials within agreed timelines
Review deliverables promptly and notify us of any corrections
Cooperate in good faith to complete the project
Payment Terms: As specified in your Project Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts .
6. Payments and Refunds
Template Purchases: All template sales are final. Because digital products cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds on templates. If you experience technical issues with a template, please contact our support team .
Custom Services: Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, are outlined in your Project Agreement. Cancellation policies are also specified in your Project Agreement.
Subscription Services: If you purchase a subscription service, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
7. User Content
By submitting content (such as project briefs, feedback, or materials) to us, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content. You grant us a license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing services to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide .
8. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metadot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use our services
Any conduct or content of any third party
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim .
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services, or the information, content, and materials included therein .
We do not warrant that:
Our services will meet your specific requirements
Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results from using our services will be accurate or reliable
Any errors will be corrected
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metadot Studio and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights .
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Romania.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
